    If Adsense sees something wrong with your site, ie. not following TOS, fraud clicks, etc. do they normally send an email to you about that, giving you a warning, or do they usually just terminate/suspend your account right away?

    i think they warn you if they think you didnt know, but if its like "OMG CLICK HERE!!" then thats a instant ban

    Not sure... Adsense acts stupid thesedays for some publishers they give warning for some they don't
