    i'm definitely curious about this, so i'd like to know if here are certain hosting sites or servers that actually uses FTP, PHP and MYSQL. maybe to host these for other sites. erg. a server that hosts a forum like DigitalPoint. i have no idea which one is worth to check and try it out. do you have any suggestions that i should try out?

    mostly because i want to create a test server to test my test sites and test forums basically. i have PHPBB forum files, Xenforo forum files and Vbulletin forum files too. as well recently added SMF forum files. i'd like to test the forums first to determine how they operate with what hosting server/site that works well to them. if i found one that works best, i'd move on to see if a site that might work as well.
