I am doing one site SEO. In which the site is open two ways with jquery and without jquery.
goggle consider our site without jquery and crawl our inner pages but if we show in reality then it is one page website.

so this site is seo friendly or not?

Actually am not getting your question. I thing you coming to ask about canonical issues. your websites indexed in Google with two URL format. is it correct? upload a file .htaccess in root folder.

Try to crawl your site with Lynx, a text based browser, it will help you to know If search engines are able to crawl your content or not, in both version.

For your main question, it is not a problem as it is a dynamic site. For example to optimize the flash websites it is also suggested to have alternate html pages for search engines.
