Question: Website accessible to disabled and..

    2 Questions:

    1) How can we (webmasters) make websites/blogs better accessible to disabled ppl?

    and

    2) What can a blogger/webmaster do to allow people to send your post by email, encourage visitors to your site/blog, send to delicious type sites etc.

    In other words encourage marketing done by users.

    Well, I don't know what you mean, but I know a web browser that talks, I know thatyou also can work with voice commands, but I know that ppl will just fill thier pages with pop ups and ads because the blinds will click everywhere on the screen lol JK .
    and you can add your site to bookmark sites using an html code they gave you if u r a member .
