I know this is not a specific clickbank question, but I'm sure clickbank publishers have come across this situation. A few affiliates have asked me to add their google adwords conversion code to my thankyou page. Using an extreme example, would there be any problem adding hundreds of individual conversion code to my thankyou page?
You should have no problems with that. Make sure you put them all somewhere in one place, like at bottom, so you can always delete one if required.
im sure that YOU would really like to be in the extreme example you mentioned (having hundreds of individual conversion code) since that will mean that you have so many afifliates that you will be earning thousands per day
haha there's always wishful thinking I was just checking to make sure it wouldn't stuff up anything on my end by doing it. While I'm getting help, I should ask this also. On the thankyou page I'm putting META name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow" in between my head tags, so the page doesn't pick up on search engines, but META name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow" ends up on the top of the page, visible to everyone. Any tips to fix that up?
Meta tags must be formatted properly like below: <head> <title>your title ......</title> <META name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow"> </head>
