Hi to all bidding web directory owners :)

I have a question for you, because this has been happening to me often.

In our bidding directories, it says clearly in TOS that we do not accept gambling sites (as well as a few other types). Also said no refunds (bids non-refundable).

    So now the question....
Do you refund people who do not follow the TOS and submit anyways? I have been refunding, but sometimes the same person submits over and over. What do you do?

I would personally add in your TOS that if you submit a rejected listing more then once you will keep the review fee. This should keep most people from doing it more then once. Then if they do you decide whether or not you keep it.

If the same person submitted the same site twice I would not refund.

I usually refund sites not accepted, but continual submission of the same site after rejection does not get a refund, I consider it payment for wasting my valuable time.

A user also has the choice to accept or not your TOS Terms during submission.

Last week i refunded almost $4000 from gambling sites. It was painful but i didnt want to gain a bad rep from not refunding. I added some submission guidelines to my submit page to prevent it in the future.
