Question to all DP members !

Hi, I have some questions for DPers.

Do you read thread and all posts in a thread before making your post? OR you just read thread and few posts in it and make your posts OR you just read thread and start making your post?

I think a very few people read all posts in a thread, they just read the thread and make posts.

What do you think?

 

Uhhh can you say boring..... but to answer your thread and I did read all the posts first, there was only 1, lol

I read the thread and skim through the posts and read any of them that are worth reading then I add mine.

 

yes, I read all threads before posting if the thread contains limited replies.

 

I dont read all post generally but if the thread is interesting then i always do.

 

While selecting thread for reading , i find something interesting to me... then i began to read the thread posts one by one, if it is many.. if the conversation or posts are really interesting or very necessary for me to answer up the thread, but if i see someone making blah... blah comments , i just skip those and read posts and give my post. Generally i read all the posts in a thread.

 

Usually I read just a few, but if there are only like 10 posts or something then i would usually read all of them.

 

Is this one of those useless thread? okay count me in No I do not read anything, I just post.

 

It depends, for me, i always read all the posts, then i post.

 

Well it depends on if the person can speak correctly or not if I proceed reading.

I read all the posts and then reply if i found interesting.

 

I will at least read the threads on the first page before posting.

 

I don't actually read all the posts but i go through all the posts and read the ones that are worth reading and then post my reply but this implies to threads having max 2 pages lol i don't have time to read 10 pages to add a reply
But well still i prefer going through replies first and then reply to the thread.

Honestly I just read two first posts now
I sometimes reads two or three posts before mine, just to get hold of things.

 

It tends to be on here that they are kinda mindless questions. I skim through them unless it gets interesting.

 

I'll read up to 3 pages of comments. I skim a bit, as some just aren't relevant, but I do read it all to make sure if I'm making a point it's not one that's been made 80 times already.

I don't read the whole posts within the thread

read just few posts and then reply in that desired thread

 

depends on what kind of thread it is, if its a review thread I just read the first post then review the site for impartiality, but any others I normally read all the posts first.
