Hi, I would like to start my own affiliate program soon. What are you looking for in an offer, what you dislike? Thanks in advance
Lol there is nothing to show, I don't know much about it so I making some research about what keeps affiliates happy before starting
Hi thank you for your reply, what make you stay as an affiliate and what would make you leave an offer?
Well it depends on how much they are/were paying and what the terms of it were/are. I probably wouldnt join it if the rate was not fair and reasonable and the terms were not fair in the first place.
Hi, I like an offer that lasts a long time. I prefer a product that I can investigate, write about, incorporate into one of my pages - and not worry that it is going to be pulled down before I can get some traffic to it. I guess, in a nutshell, I want an offer that will be around for a while - a couple of months or more.
Many factors such as refund rate, pulse rate, how many units being sold, good sales page....to name a few mate!
I think it would depend on what you're offering, but I think the best way to be successful in anything is to have a passion for what you're doing.
Double incentivized offers! If I sign up to an affiliate program, I prefer when not only I benefit from it but also the person I refer gets something out of it. It also motivates them to click on the banner, sign up or make a purchase. Hope this helps you out! Good luck
Everybody (including me) really wants to see your generous offers. You are getting out from this question everytime. I think it is time for you to open your offer boxes.
Great question, First I look for something with some good epc's. I want to see that the product converts and is selling. I would also like to know what the refund rate is. If you have banners that are optimized that is always good as well. Might as well throw in a good, converting email swipe why your at it! Where are some good spots your getting your traffic from....
I'm actually also very interested to know what things affiliates like and dislike. I have an ecommerce site im getting ready to launch with an affiliate program in place.
What I like about affiliate program is the program it self if it is for real?.... I mean there's a lot of affiliate program that is SCAM.... But I'm more in to the program of what they can offer, interms of commissions, quality of a product & consistent communications between both parties and if it will generate more income on both ends affiliates and the company.... With regards to dislike when they talk shit and not paying my commission that they owe me.... Hope this help you out.
As for me, there're a few important criteria to choose an affiliate program: 1. comission (or fixed prce - 50$ in your case) 2. cookie length (you should include this information) 3. the threshold (some companies have 5$, some 100$ threshold) 4. how can I withdraw money (via what payment systems) 5. the terms of payments (usually it starts from 10 days and till 2 moths) 6. promo materials (are you going to offer some banners to your affiliates?) etc. I think you should shorten the description of '3 reasons...' till 3 lines and create the presentation with all detailes about your affiliate program.
