Question to Adwords advertisers regarding "ad placements" of adsense publishers

    Hello

I am running several forums and I am using Adsense to monetize them.
I have several good performing adsense channels and activated the "ad placement" setting for Adwords targeting.
But I never bothered to ask the question what kind of information do you see/want as advertiser when searching for possible ad placements in the content network?
I am no Adwords advertiser so I don't know the Adwords backend and what you see when searching for placements.

Currently my channel descriptions look something like this.

Ads appear on: other pages: "all threads in the forum"
    Ad location: Top center
Description: Large rectangle above the fold is the best performing ad with the highest CTR on this website

Now my question for you Advertisers:

What should I put in the Description part so that you know that this ad placement is the right one for you (hypothetically).
Do you want a description for the ad placement or do you want some quick info about my website itself?

I think it is possible that I did not use the full potential of direct ad placement for years because i never thought about you the advertiser!?

    Any help is much appreciated

    Kind regards
