Question - Site gets about 100+ unique visitors per day, how much worth

    I have a site which I want to sell.
    It is ranked number 1 in all search engines (google, yahoo, etc...)
    It gets about 100 unique visitors per day, 98% from search engines.
    It does not generate any money.
    Site/Domain is about 6years old.

    How much do you think I could sell this for?

    So you don't think I could get more than $100 even though it is the top ranking in the niche.
    The nich is in entertainment movies.

    Sorry but if it is on top of ranking in the niche why the site is getting only 100 visit per day?

    Maybe is not a competitive keyword
