Should I do the work if dp member is banned, but he paid money? I am confused now.

Why wouldn't you? Does them being banned affect your ability to perform services they paid for? A member being banned is between that member and us, not you and the member.

You should live up to your end of the bargain or return the money. Why don't you contact the client and seek clarification if he/she still needs or wants the service.

You will have to ask him. We do not disclose why members are banned.

You took the money, doubt it was contingent on him having a membership here... so of course you should fulfill what you agreed to do.

The fact that you find it confusing doesnt speak highly of your ethics. -Rep applied. Go buy a moral compass.

If you still have contact with him then you should keep your end of the deal and do the work. :)

This should not be in Site Feedback I think, it should be in the Morality forum if we have one, otherwise General Chat.

Either way, he'd get burned. If he's asking this, he thinks he's got a free ticket off, and should he take it or not, like it doesn't matter if the guy can't nail him, who cares about human decency..
