[Question] Selling domans in Sedo

Hi people

I have a questions relatively to the service of selling domains in Sedo. Which is the cost that I have for each domain that I put for sale? In the domains ".com" Sedo company guarantees a profit of 50€. In case that, for example, the best proposal of my domain is of 20€, I still have to give 30€ for Sedo? And if I not receive proposals of my domain, I lose the domain?

For parked domains, I think they charge 10% of the amount for most TLDs
