Question(s) - related to nofollow / dofollow links?

    Hey everyone, just a few quick questions. What are nofollow and dofollow links? how do they affect pr, and I've heard that high pr ranked pages do not like dofollow links, is this true? if it is why is it so? do they lose some PR if they allow dofollow's? yeah .. I'm pretty much starting SEO so still not quite sure about these things.

    when looking at the html of a page:

    nofollow links will look like this:

    dofollow links will NOT have the rel="nofollow" attribute

    dofollow links will pass PR to your site, because of this their page will have slightly lower PR.

    once you "gain" a PR if sites who made this possible would take link off, would you roll back to PR0? or would you keep your PR
