Let us the number of backlinks of your blog site..

It may be due to spam links - you can remove that from your site. that was one among the reason - there may be many reasons..

Kindly let us know more details about your blog site - domain age and other details..

(I just checked the links in your signature - both have PR N/A - did you mean those? )

PR is based on the number of inbound links you have and the PR of those pages linking ot you. if your PR went down, then you must have lost some backlinks or google could not find some of the backlinks you have

    Hi there,

Your second option can be the reason of losing your PR because changing in theme or irrelevant theme can be look as spamming or this can be the against of the rule of Search Engine and that can effect the PR.

PR lost could be from 3 reason:

    1. Misread
Your PR checker tool on Google toolbar sometimes show PR of earlier page visited and not refreshed. So, try to double check your PR with other PR checking tools available online. You can google it.

    2. Lost of quality backlinks
Some of sites that link to you might remove your link or added rel="nofollow" tag or might reduce the value of your backlink by adding more outbound links on that particular page. Or, maybe the site that links to you is not active anymore.

    3. PR Penalty
There are several reason why Google can give penalty to us. For example, when we engage in Link Sales, Link Buying or Excessive Link Exchanges with dofollow attribute (that passes page rank), it may lead to PR penalty. I have experience writing a paid post from Payperpost with dofollow link and within 2 weeks my PR dropped from 3 to zero. Other than that, linking to some bad neighborhood sites can get us penalty too. Copying contents from other sites might trigger content duplication issue and it may lead to penalty as well. There are so many factors that can lead your site to penalty. Maybe, you can check your site if there is any penalty involved.

Theme links will not be a factor, it may because of low quality link or poor traffic. Need to work on getting high quality links.
