Last week my old Facebook profile automatically changed to timeline. Apparently Facebook will be forcing all it's user's to to use the timeline. So as a newbie, there were few things I wanted know. e.g. can I get the photos of my friends on which I commented or which I've liked, to appear on my timeline? If yes, then please explain how to do it. Awaiting your reply.
No, but the photos in which you are tagged will appear on your timeline. So, if you want any pic to appear on your timeline, tag it with your name.
Facebook timeline update is just to give your profile a new look. On timeline you can view your post, posts in which you are tagged, photos of your (tag by friends) etc. Timeline having a feature "Cover Photo". You can add your cover photo too and this feature is not available in old facebook profile. You can see everything on your timeline in which you are tagged in rest of the things and update you can see through the notification. So be chill and enjoy the timeline feature.
You can view your activity on timeline, and you can view them by month/year - the reason why I find it way better than the old facebook layout. It gives you more option over your profile.
