I know this may seem way off the walls but.. I was wondering If there are any legal steps that should be taken to hiring a website manager. Lets say you would like someone to run your website for you for a little while. Are there any online printable contracts or ANYTHING so if they decide to crash the website or do something out of the ordinary to it, you could take legal action against them? Yeah I know....sounds stupid But I'm looking to have someone help me with one of my many CPAlead websites, they would have to have access to the CMS of the site which makes me nervous about the whole thing.

I don't know, Was hoping someone would know of ideas on how to "make sure" nothing bad happens. Or has anyone ever had a partner that helped them with a website that could explain what they did? I don't really know what to do...all I know is, I need help on the site but sure not going to just give someone all of the info to it when they could crash it and I couldnt do anything about it..

Well, if for some reason you have ideas or suggestions please post them.

    Reguards,

    Mitch
