Hi, I am new to vbulletin and I want to purchase a vb license but not possible to purchase a license for lifetime instead of yearly license? 1. What will happen If I will not renew my license after 1 year? 2. How they release vb software?(Every month I need to update my forum software to latest version?) 3. VB is better then MyBB Forum?(How?) Thanks.
For security im sure MYBB is better than Vbulletin , the hackers has been exposed every kind of version of vbulletin vulnerabities . 1. What will happen If I will not renew my license after 1 year? Ofcourse if you update it , new features you can get , new bug fixed in it etc.
1) Nothing. Your license for the bought version will be active forever. 2) You will have to download new files and run an upgrade script, it is easy. 3) I've never tried that forum software but vB is generally better because of its complexity.
