Hi I am in a bit of confusion now.. One of my friends' company had a website which was done by another company lets call it A.. He recently approached me to redo his website as the maintainence done by the old company A was poor.. The issue arose when A is refusing to part with the domain name.. The domain name is the name of my friend's company, but it is registered by under the name of the owner of A Is there anyway i can get back this domain name from him.. something like notifying ICANN.. Legal battle is not much of an option as my friend doesnt want any bad publicity.. So what are my options??
