Question Regarding The Number of AdSense Ads on a Webpage

    Let us say we have two identical web pages.

    One with 4 ads. One with 2 ads. Both get 1 click.

    It is my understanding that the website with 2 ads will have a higher CPC because the advertiser's bid is higher?

    Is this correct?

    The lower number of adsense ads on a webpage the higher the potential CPC because the spots are now more exclusive and limited.

    Has anyone done any tests?

    I have had 4 ads on a webpage for a while now. I am cutting this down to 2. I will report back with my findings.

    Anyone have any insight into this?

    Adsense does not have any ad limits. However, You have more quality and relevant content then ads. Alternatively, you can use Google AdSense auto ads features.
