question regarding source code structure

    what are your opinions on the following question:
    is it better to have site navigational menu (internal links used by visitor) at the bottom of html source code (articles on top) or vice-versa?
    of course visually menu would be either at the top or top-left as usually with help of css positioning.

    I think it depends where your keywords are - are they in the menu or the content. I think you want the keywords at the top of the file

    well they are in the text and thats what i thought too - it would be logical to keep em on top, however i browsed through a couple of sites but didnt find others doing this
