Does anyone know how to list a domain for an auction on sedo?

To where how you can list and recieve bids on it and not just offers.

The listing instruction on sedo.com were very vague and not very helpful to me. Thanks

There are two ways to list your domain name for an auction:

    1) Just add your domain name to your sedo account (there is no need to park it with sedo if you don't want). Set the minimum offer for your domain or leave this field blank if you do not wish to set any minimum offer. Once you receive an offer on your domain name, you can then either sell the domain name or send it to an auction.

    2) Send an e-mail to broker [at] sedo.com and ask them to list your domain name for an auction. However, you must have a really good name (or a domain name with a lot of traffic) to get it auctioned. And be patient, as from my own experience, it usually takes them about 3 days to reply.

    Hope this helps. :)

I wrote to Sedo asking how can I put on auction (start auctioning) my domains, they replied me either someone needs to place a bid, or I need to pay for some 'service' for my domains to appear on certain places.

Once you get to the auction part, you're in the business of selling domains, or your domains will be lying lost in the sea of millions of other domains.

p.s. I also posted a theme here at DP asking if a Sedo member would help me get my domains on auctions by placing a minimum bid of $1 or less if it's possible, I would have compensated the amount to that someone in case no one else bids at Sedo, just to get my domains on auction, sadly no one replied:(

Sedo brokers don't know what they're doing; they'll accept your mediocre names and reject the best.
