I have been scammed here in dp and so i want to file a paypal dispute. The scammer took money from me and many others saying that she would give high returns for the money invested. But i am confused on what grounds i can open a dispute because i am not eligible for re-imbursement under PayPal Buyer Protection. Pls advice.:(

I think paypal always side with the buyer..If you decide to open a dispute, be aware that you must open it within 45 days.

If you had given the money by selecting the 'goods' option in paypal, you can  get it easily by opening a paypal dispute... Otherwise it depends on your luck... And the main question is why did you give money to a person, whom you haven't met and also without a valid reason.....

You'd better sign up a paypal account, because that is pretty convenient for buying online, and that also protects you much better.

What exactly you paid the money for? To be honest if seller says that you have paid for some digital goods, you won't be able to get refund. And if you don't come under refund TOS of PP, then better forget that money
