Question regarding Dynamic IP

    I am from India. I have GPRS Connection at Home which has a public IP Address, means that every customer of that GPRS Connection has the same IP Address. Is it the case of a dynamic IP. I have accidently clicked on my own ads. If it is a dynamic IP, there is no problem for me. But I am confused. Please help.....
