    Can you submit a different url for a different area with the DMoz directory? Eg. If you had one page that was specific to an area and another for another area, could you submit them both for the different areas. What about actual products or services? Is there a benefit to doing this? How about submitting multiple urls to other engines?

    DMOZ will allow this if there is a clear benefit. Just submitting deeplinks all over the place won't work. If you site has several distinct themes then it will work.

    consider a site which covers
    * Palm Software
    * Palm custom programming
    I'd pick the main one, or put you in a general palm category

    consider a site which covers
    * palm software
    * motorsports
    I'd list you twice (if I could :) )
    and yes, I've seen this happen
