Okay so this is general chat right? I responded to one of the threads in this section regarding pictures of DP'ers. I am a ham when it comes to pictures so this was right up my alley. Unfortunately when I responded to the thread I was using my sister's computer and there was only one picture of me that wasn't too big to use...so I used it. I am fully dressed in the picture and there is no more nudity showing than any woman in a spaghetti strap tank top (although I do admit to being quite top heavy). There were a few comments made and I felt as if I had offended some people so I apologized and resized a couple other pictures to put them up. The response I got was that I hadn't offended anyone...as a matter of fact many people reposted my picture (the post in which it was posted has since been deleted) with compliments. In fact I even received a greenie from a DP member that I have seen often here and come to enjoy their sense of humor and wit. To this I also received an infraction for innappropriate post as well as a warning message from the Admin. My response to this was to go apologize to anyone that was offended as that was definitely not my purpose at all and to delete my post with my picture in it however when I got there my post had been deleted but the picture was still there because more than a handful of members had reposted it. So now to my question...if that is not allowed here because this is a family and work friendly forum, how work and family friendly are threads such as the one asking how often you have intercourse? I am not trying to complain about the infraction as I don't have any others and I can understand what the admin was saying...but I want to be clear about this so that I do not make the same mistake twice. I am a very caring person and would never do anything to intentionally offend someone or make them uncomfortable. I am a member at many other assorted niche forums but have come very attached to DP in the time I have been here (months before as a lurker before I actually registered) and would like to adventually become a part of this great community Any advice is appreciated Thanx in advance... Don't worry about it Nikki. Seems some people are just a bit prudish when it comes to cleavage - probably jealousy.
LOL I don't know what it is...I am not really worried about the infrwaction because as I said I don't have any others. I would just like to try to avoid getting anymore.
