No, this is not a thread complaining about infractions.

Yesterday I started a thread selling signature links at a very decent price. Now dogtraining-guides.com posted saying he was intesrested in 3 links. So now I figure there sold and post that all links are gone but a little while later he gets banned before we made a transaction.

Now.. if I were to post saying that the sale didn't go through and 3 links are available again would that be considered a bump.. Well actually, I know it's a bump because I'm bringing my thread back to page 1 but is it a infraction worthy bump.

It's usually considered a bump if there is no information of any value to potential buyers or sellers.

If the OP has new, relevant information that is useful to the members, then it typically won't be regarded as a bump.

However, if the OP continually ads irrelevant, nonsense information or answers questions that nobody asks, for the sole purpose getting their thread moved to the top again, then it's usually a bump.

In your example, (my opinion), there is new information that is integral to the thread, so probably not a bump.
