Please forgive me if this is the wrong area for this topic. I did look around and hope that I can find someone to help me with this marketing question about how to market my sites for flipping and domain names:

    Hello and good day all,

I am looking for any recommendations on an available resource that lists the best place to offload/flip domain names, web sites, squidoo lenses and social site profiles (which allow it) for some quick cash.

I have been building sites, squidoo lenses and more building backlinks to them via social sites which in turn is getting traffic. I would like to know if there is any resource list or ebook that can better guide me on how to start getting rid of these virtual real estate properties for some quick cash. I am out of work right now so I can create these types of sites all day long but need a resource to offload them for money. I DON'T want to just give these sites and lenses away. I'd like some fair compensation for my time.

I won't list any examples here because I do not know if this is the right place to be asking this question and do NOT want an infraction. All I am asking here is for a resource of where to go where I can get top dollar for my sites, lenses and profiles.

NOW I do KNOW that I can list them here in the marketplace but are there any other recommendations?

What about giving me some direction on what types of sites I should build to flip because I am in a bit of a financial pickle right now and need to make some quick cash in a hurry.

    Thank you for your help.

Send me a PM and I'll send you my eBook (gratis) that covers this very topic. I have a pretty extensive list of marketplaces as well as recommendations on Building Sites That Sell. Check my sig for an example. It's still under construction but almost done.
    Hope to Hear from You.

Hey thanks SkyDiveDad. I really appreciate the info and can use all the help I can get! Any resource or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I also checked out the site which was cool. I hope with your help and the help of other generous members here who impart their knowledge on me that I can be off and running with my new career.

SkyDive one more question, I need to make roughly $2,000 REALLY quicklike and am home about 24/7 except for dropping off and picking up the kids from school. Any ideas? I am probably online 20 hours out of the day so if you have any ideas on how I can bring in what I need I'll surely pray that you be blessed 100 fold for helping guide me here.

Thanks and to anyone who can shed some light on this. Remember I am trying to offload some Squidoo lenses and find the best and quickest resources to market my sites for flipping. SkyDive I will surely PM you for your resource and anyone else feel free to chime in!

Are you trying to mainly sell your squidoo lenses, or are there other sites you have that you want to flip too? As far as the lenses there's this site:http://www.sellmylens.com/index.php It's not very active, but it's a start. Some people sell lenses on ebay too, so you might want to take a look at that.

Hey Audbot I "had" heard about that site BUT like you said I did not see a lot of action there and am GOING to try again for sure though because I probably was not patient enough!

I am not sure about Ebay though. I am worried that people might devalue it or not be willing to pay what I'd like.

Thanks again for taking the time to reply.

I appreciate the feedback from you.

I have sold a couple of lenses via this forum and I have a Squidoo lens dedicated to selling them.

Some people sell them at the Warrior forum and other marketing forums. Some sell them at SquidU in the Lens Marketplace sub-forum, although this seems to work better for established lenses rather than those built to sell. This is because most people there have mastered the art of lens building for themselves.

There is an ebook available via ClickBank called, Flip that Lens, and you can find some instructional videos on YouTube by the author of it. I haven't read it myself but the author is a well known Squidoo lensmaster and internet marketer.

It seems there is a fair-sized market for selling lenses to affiliate marketers who don't have the time to build a lens or to learn all that's needed to build a good one. People who have built up opt-in mailing lists amongst such clientele certainly have an advantage in selling lenses. So if you have a marketing blog or website, it might be worth building your own list.

You are right to seek adequate monetary compensation for your time. Build quality lenses and charge a reasonable price for your time and expertise. It's better to keep lenses and build your passive income than to sell them off too cheaply.

From what I've seen, lens building services vary in price from $250 right down to $2. Take a look around and check out the quality of lenses for sale. Compare your own lenses with those in the price range you want to charge. If you can make them as good or better then you've found your range.
