I was wondering, Just say site A has a Pr of 0 and exchanged links with site B which has a Pr of 7, And site A now gained a Pr of 2, Would google now count the link back from Site A as Pr 2, Even though it inheritied its Pr from it?

    Always wondered.
    What do you think?

Well, actually this is good that your site gained PR2. Because if you remember the formula, you will understand that the leaking PR depends on the number of outbound links in your case from PR7 site.

If the sites are in the same class C IP range or the domains share some of the same WHOIS info or registrar, the link may be devalued some.

Make sure that PR7 site doesnt have too many outbound links. Its better if the PR7 is on a different IP than PR2

Did you mean the inherited PR2 link from PR7 site will be a counted link for PR7? Yes there is a chance, their relevancy will give good points...

Yes sure, Because this is the fundamentals of PR gaining and back link. You have provided back link from A to site B so you are giving back link from PR 2.
