Question on website registration and activation of the account

    Hi there, with our website data, we found that there are people registering on our site, but not activating their account with the follow up confirmation email. Think the reasons are probably they didn't receive, not didn't see the confirmation email.

    Is there any percentage for reference, on how many users successfully register and activate their account?

    They might be robots? Do you have captcha at registration?

    I have observed 45%-60% email confirmation ratio. How about yours?

    do you know if the emails arrive in junk/spam folder?
    just signup with an yahoo or gmail account and try register to see if email comes into inbox or spam/junk folders
