Many sites show logo buttons on Home page for social bookmarking sites. Is it good to show these social bookmarking sites logo buttons on Home Page and how will it help your website?
It would give people an opportunity to submit your site to the bookmarking sites if they considered it as a whole was worth submitting. In my opinion, putting the buttons on the individual posts is the way to go. Since that is what people will usually be submitting.
i have never put any social boomark sites button on my sites . people who put these buttons want to create a community and more hits from social bookmark sites
I would only put the buttons of the sites you actively use and if you use a ton of them, I would only include your favorite few otherwise it gets really ugly and cluttered. People rarely use the buttons anyway. If I'm going to submit something to one of the social sites, I normally use the plugins that I have added to Firefox to do the submitting.
