question on pr calculation

    i have heard abt a pr table in which it specifies how many PR X links is required to achive a certain PR levelthat when u have

    like for example

    10PR5 LINKS will give your site PR5... how true is this calculation...:confused:?

    does anyone know where i can the info abt that PR table....
