Im getting ready to launch a ppc campaign with adwords. I read ebays terms and conditions and it says the following.

"You will not be compensated for paid search traffic purchased from Google.com, Yahoo.com, MSN.com, nor from any of their content networks, such as Google AdSense, Yahoo! Publisher Network, and MSN ContentAds, if it is linked directly to the eBay.com"

So in other words, Does this mean I cannot link directly using the flex tool but its ok to put my own website up that has ebay links?

It means you cannot point a PPC campaign url directly to a specific eBay auction at ebay.com. You can create a site and promote it using PPC, and on that site have flex links to eBay auctions. You use to be able to promote individual auctions with PPC, but that was changed in mid-2007 if I remember correctly.
