Hello guys. My current paypal account was verified with virtual credit card and it has expired for a few months.Recently my account was limited but manage to get back my account after submitting all info they need.Lucky that they didn't ask for credit card information. Now I decide to get myself a new debit card so I can use the debit card info to verify my account in case they ask for it in future. But I still confuse between should I continue to use my current account and added debit card info into it or just create another account and get verified with my debit card? Which is a better option? Thanks.
Take whatever that's left in your account then close it. Open one again with your debit card and get it verified. That'd be the better option
There is no need to close account.Just remove ur vcc. Then add ur debit card to verify ur paypal again..
No, that won't be a good option ! Its better to stay with a single account so that it will get old and PayPal loves old account holders. Also, creating many accounts is not allowed by PayPal ! So, its better to stick only to one account. And OP can add his debit card easily in it. - Digital -
Sorry bout that suggestion. Do what the others are saying. EDIT: Not saying to create multiple account tho
Before going ahead with removing your expired VCC, do check whether the verification of your account with a debit card is allowed for you or not....particularly so, if you are not a U.S citizen! Regards, RightMan
What if I already created another account under a same name of mine and got some money there. Is it safe to send the money to my old account? I'm not from US but verification and withdrawing from paypal into debit card is well supported in my country.
Paypal allows holding one personal and one premier/business account per individual. So if your both the accounts are as per their policy, you can very well transfer between your two accounts....occasionally! Regards, RightMan
Well its more suitable to transfer amt from business acc to personal rather than otherway as personal acct don't attract fees.
