I'm sorry to say as I posted above: ...like page rank, there are dark and unknown forces at work. It is unclear from your post what google said to you. If you wish you may want to post their reasons here. I can't promise you I can solve your problems but there are lotsa smart folks around here. The traffic effect will be based on the "newsyness" of your site and the popularity of stories you publish. Nobody searches news for a hot story on sparkplug cleaning. Lotsa people search the news when a celebrity gets arrested or dies.
I'm not too terribly techy, but how do you add news to your site. it looks like it's just added to your home page. as well when i click on an article, there is no title change or anything....you might want to fix that. 1. Google News needs to to have access to your site through a feed 2. Each url must be unique 3. You have to have or give the illusion of some sort of editorial process 4. Your site should offer "unique" content. 5. As well as unique content, the prospective you take should be unique as well. For example, if you are from Whales, tell google news that your site is geared towards Soccer news from whales.
1 - I dont get what you mean, we have a another site who spider our news. They spider this page http://www.talksoccer.net/news.php 2 - Each url is unique when you click on a article. 3 - Dont get what you mean is there any examples you can possibly show me 4 - Yeah all our articles are unique 5 - Not sure how you can go about doing this, any thoughts? Thanks for the help.
