I was wondering what is a good price for a permanent(6 months guarantee) one way link from a PR 7 Page?

    I see some for $350 -$700

    pretty much any category

For example, what do you think a real estate website that is a PR7, one way link not more then 4 out going links to different domains on that page?

First of all, I personally wouldn't pay that for a single link, but I am basing that off of the current sites I have. If you're paying $350-$700 for a single PR7 link with only a 6 month guarantee you are paying nearly or more than $100 a month for this single link. Are you really going to profit that much on your site PURELY because of the addition of this link? I don't think your earnings would be affected that much by this sole link.

Just my opinion. I'd pay maybe $40 a month for it, tops, then again that's just me and there are many people here making more than me through blogs that may think differently due to a more profitable niche.

Oh I am not going to buy it I am just doing price research... Those are the prices I found outside of DP, because no one seems to be selling PR7 links on the forum!

First of all, check the pagerank is valid or not. You can find tons of valid PR checker on google, try to google it.

Looks like you are interested in buying a link with dofollow there. Google don't like and you might get a penalty for it too if anyone complaint about it. Well, I leave that part for your risk evaluation.

Here, if you see only 4 outgoing links to different domains is good, how about internal links. How many links that it gives out to internal links. Count total number of OBL links on that particular page. Remember, google still give PR value to internal links. If you could find more than 100 links on that page, then it is best to keep away. You can read more about it here http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/pagerank-sculpting/

Here is the advice from google to keep the links on any page with less than 100 links http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35769

    Hope this helps.

If, indeed it is a valid PR7, and if it is a quality site, then it's absolutly worth that much. Check any text link ad marketplace, you won't see PR7's that often. you know why? Because they are RARE. And the one's you do see will be over $100 a month, I guearantee.

A single valid backlink from a PR7 would instantly make any site at least pr pr5 all by itself, possibly even a pr6 if the page the link is from doens't have many outbound links.

It all comes down to how much more money you would make if your site were a pr5 or pr6 rather than a pr3 or pr4. In my industry, a pr6 is worth about $1000 per month, while a pr4 is only worth about $100-$200 at most.

You can have a look on my site, and see many people selling links on PR6, PR7, and PR8, with per month prices on them. That should give you an idea of what others are doing.

Too much price...I think it's not the reasonable price for a single link.

I would advice you to invest that amount of money in buying links in sites which are good in quality and related to your website and can also remain for a longer time. Dont give your priority to PR only look for related and quality links even if it has a lower PR.

In a budget of $300-$400 you can get lots of good links.
