Question on Legality of Commonly Misused Keywords

    Hi,

    First post.

Question I have is about the legality of using a misused word that is actually a company's name. For example a copy machine is refered to as a "xerox machine".

The keywords in question are for a company that sells "spas". These "spas" are commonly refered to as hot tubs, and are just as commonly mistaken as "jacuzzis". Jacuzzi is however the name of a company, and is not the brand carried by the advertiser.

I am guessing this is a pretty big no-no, but I just wanted any opinions/confirmations.

    Thanks for any help!

    Go for it.

The worst they will do is ask you to stop.
