Question on how I can fund paypal balance

    Hey all I heard from a few that there is a service out there that allows you to add money to your paypal balance by using a +1-900 phone service.

    I wanted to know if anyone knew about this

    he mentioned 1-900 seems some country specific i think. may be pay by phone service :D

    It does not appear to be a official form of payment so i would forget about,it sounds suspicous but i could be wrong.
