Question on having multiple sites with similar content...

OK, so I found a nice niche and I am planning on doing 30-50 websites in this niche with different keywords. I plan on doing one real extensive prototype and then using the structure (not the images) and some of the same writing for all of these websites. They will all be difference domain names and should all have a different IP although they will be on the same server. What are some dos and don'ts that I should watch out for when I start to expand to all 30 sites?

Should I not have them all link together?

Should I not use similar writing at all?

I just do not want to put all this time and effort into this idea and have google shoot me down on all of the sites at the same time for some reason.

 

maybe your sites will be banned by google.

try to write diffent contents, but related,and link to each other.

try to use related keywords, different title.

 

I am trying to figure out the right way to do this so they will not be banned by google. I have a niche theme and then a keyword in front of that theme. The keyword will change for all 30 sites and the theme will stay the same. How can I do this the right way so I will not get banned? The theme will be in all the sites content....just maybe not word for word.

example: theme: horse racing
keyword: California

Now what if I wanted to do a site for each state about horse racing and my main keywords were going the state and my them will always be horse racing.

 

Try to add the links not all right away, spread it over time, a month or 2...

 

Do you mean add links as in backlinks or add links as in links between all the sites?

 

I think that would work, as long as your smart about it.

Although, it would be wise to take that similar content and tweak it slightly per each site. Linking to each other would provide a good net of links, but you can't drop a bunch of links at one time. Like someone above said, spread it out. Maybe one site at a time, slowly adding links.

Ok so you mean take your time interlinking my sites. I was planning on tweaking the body a bit but the general text links would be pretty similar.

 

If you do not change the content and the keywords is almost sure that your sites will be banned by google. As someone said, try to add links slowly at one site at a time.
