Hello, my question is, does useing domain name or title with the word UK can approve search rank on google uk?

    examples:
    Domain : www.computers-uk.com
    or
title : "PC games for all uk"

this is just examples, I know .co.uk domain can help, my question is, does name and title helps too?

Yes, I think it probably does. It's a clever thing this Google lark.

Keywords in domain names help, so having 'uk' in your domain name will help as well. Doesn't mean building relevant and local links is redundant, obviously.

I'm convinced it helps because I had a clone of a co.uk domain but info and both ranked, depite my purpose was redirect unwanted people to the info site.

    somedomain.co.uk and somedomain-co-uk.info
