I am using the Google Adwords conversion tool. Here's a question:

Suppose someone click through my Adwords on 1 Jan.

But he only made a purchase on 3 Jan.

Will the conversion show up on my Adwords campagin stat on 1 Jan or 3 Jan?

    Anyone knows the answer?

I don't hold myself out as an expert, but I don't think you'll be able to separate the two visits short of any internal system that tells you the delay between the original visit and the purchase.
The CTR is going to reflect the first and not the second, if only because Google will not be aware of the subsequent visit, will they?

This is not relevant at all...

That's a good question, I'm going to do some research on this. I don't know if analytics creates a cookie and how long is that cookie valid for...

Google drops a cookie on their machine so it will get tracked. Although its not the best tracking. The industry standard at the moment is Atlas but quite a few people are switching to Dart.
