Question on given CB url. WHy is not my is not my Clickbank nickname in URl?

    Hi,

    Im new to CB.

    I login and click of marketplace link to search for a product. In marketplace page i am as (logged out) because i see the login link at top.

    I perform the search and get the product results. When I click create hoplink popups comes and ask for my CB nickname, i enter it, submit and I get my hoplink, looks lik:

    <a href="http://dc3f5ofk6m9896-z7c8qb.hop.clickbank.net/" target="_top">Click Here!</a>

    Why is not like 

    <a href="http://mynick.hop.clickbank.net/" target="_top">Click Here!</a>

    CB Encrypts the links so that your affiliate id isn't shown. This is perfectly normal.

    CB has started encrypting links to try to prevent companies like Zango from stealing commissions.

    Like the others have said, hoplinks are now encrypted. You can, however, still use the old style if you want.
