If I wrote my original content on my website. But I also submit them to sites like Ezine, GoArticles, and my personal Blog. Is that considered Duplicate content? Will Google be not happy about it?
Yes that would be duplicate content. Best way of course is to avoid this situation, every content you publish, try to use only unique content.
Hi, The peoples who know if it really affect are probably very few since Google never give out their secrets, What I am trying to say is that I guess that Google know that peoples post Articles/Social Networks and they consider those duplicate therefor your "Unique" content most likely will get the 1 serp place and after you, Those Article websites.
Nope, Just think about it.. If some one (Let's say a competitor) want to hurt your website, And knowing that by posting all your content to Article websites it will hurt. Than every one would distroy each other because of the rival/envy. And afiak, It's really not working like that since probably G and other major SE's wont give it that much juice. So no, No need to remove it from my POV, In a matter of fact I think it can only help.
Just write a new article that supplements and builds on the existing article on your site. Make it a series so that people who read part 2 on the article submission site will want to read part 1 on your site.
no, you should not. duplicate content on 3rd party site will not hurt you in any way. all google will do when they find duplicate content is deindex the duplicate article pages but no penalty for your own site. if you submit your article on article sites after submitting to your site, make sure you wait long enough for google to index/cache your article page before you submit to anywhwre else. you do need to be credited as original article source.
