Question on Domain tld

    I dont think so, .cn is for china. And china has sub categorised their main TLD (something like sub-tld). You can even register ".com.cn", ".net.cn", or ".org.cn".

    Well, if it's not a .edu then it doesn't count as one... :) All kidding aside, if you're asking as far as Google is concerned, only Google knows. (I'd tend to think maybe not.)

    It is an educational domain from China. I do not know if .edu.cn is reserved for accredited educational institutions within China, but most countries have such a rule. So be careful what you do with it if you want to keep it.

    Also generally in China: Forbidden topics include pornography, gambling, violence, rumors and religion.
