Question on "Currency Exchange - No currency exchanges or money transactions"

    Hi - - I have read the updated rules and had a question on "Currency Exchange - No currency exchanges or money transactions whatsoever of any kind are allowed." I am a buyer of certain services on DP and have to pay the sellers via Paypal. Is this allowed?

    As long as the service is not exchange PayPal for Western Union type exchange. It is permissible to pay for a site, link, template, programming, directory submissions, etc.
