Question on backlinks from Twitter, facebook etc

Dear friends, Does Twitter, facebook etc provide do follow backlinks?

Again, does facebook provide a backlink to the user profile, when someone "Like"s our page on facebook?

Somebody pls advise.

I dont think they do, howevever ive been using rankbook.com software to get massive friends and just do posts etc.

 

The links from both sites are nofollow.

R u using twitter and facebook to gain some backlinks? well, then you can get benefited from these websites as they do not provide do follow links.

 

Ya i have seen in my google webmaster account backlinks by facebook,

Start your fanpage.
Submit your website or blog link.
be active this will boost links from Facebook.

 

I think not so easy and allow by google to get backlinks fron this social networks

 

twitter uses really poor anchor text for its links, which can do more damage then good.

facebook on the other hand - it can provide you with some good anchor text.

If I had the choice between the two, give me links from facebook any time of the day. You can keep your twitter links, I dont want them.

 

I don't think twitter, Facebook or any other Sn site provide DoFollow links in any manner, thou, you can use this SN sites as an source of traffic.
Creating a fanpage on Facebook helps a lot, it provides you or your business a maximum exposer.

 

it might not be dofollow but they can still be indexed by google and provide PR.
