Question on an advertising inquiry

I run a sports website and got an advertising inquiry and was just wondering what to think of it. What would something like this normally bring in as far as money? I am a novice when it comes to internet marketing, backlinking, co-citations, etc. what kind of offer should I send back to this site wanting to advertise?

Thanks to whoever can give me a decent idea of what I am looking at here. My site has been up 2 months and it's Alexa Ranking is 713,000 and going higher and higher each day. I know that isn't a huge indication but just wanted to throw it out there.

This is kind of tough because you may not have a ton of leverage with your rank and length of time it has been up. You do have leverage with their request for one year of exclusivity.

I heard that Google does not like paid text links. You may want to wait until your site has more value and age before you put suspect links on it. This may hurt your rankings and your websites ability to grow.
