Question on Adsense for Domain

Discussion in 'Google' started by vfleming, Nov 24, 2011.

I have a question, my understanding is that when using Adsense for Domains that you can not promote it at all and that those domains do not show up in SERPS. I had a domain that was not doing well and is getting ready to expire. I set it up with Adsense for Domains to finish off the last two weeks before before it expires. Yesterday was the first day live with Adsense for Domains and I got 1400 hits with 20 clicks. Today I already have almost 400 hits with 5 clicks. I think it is going to be another good day.

My question is this, will Google eventually take my site out of the SERPS? Why am I getting such high hits when my old domain didn't get barely anything?

I'm thinking about keeping the domain if this will be ongoing. Worth it in the long run?

Thanks for any advice you all can give me.

Why couldn't you promote a domain with adsense?
If you know something is wrong, best to try and ask for forgiveness.
Google, however is the 400 lb giant and will not forgive very easily.

    Kind Regards,
    Team at ACCREU Inc.

I've never heard of something called Adsense for domains. I assume it is for websites with no real content or? Like a placeholder site?
