Question on Adsense Accounts

Me & a good friend are starting a great website on a certain niche for our country. We both have adsense accounts and we don't know yet how to share earnings. One possibility would be to place 1 week my ads and 1 week his ads and so on.

Is there a problem if let's say: one week all ads will be from my Adsense Account, the next week all ads will be from his Adsense account, then again me ... and so on?

Why don't you alternate the ID each pageview?
That way your own ads will appear 50% of the time for each.

If you are in control of the programming structures. Why not just create a way to do the 50/50 split of each pageview of the website.

Search the forums or Google for an ad rotator. I'm sure they come with an option that lets you set how many times a particular ad gets displayed, but in your case, you'd set 50% for this ad, and 50% for this ad.

Assuming they signed up with their SSN#'s and not an EIN, that might constitute tax fraud/evasion? I'm not an expert, but that just seems like a way to get the government upset..

So, giving dp my pub-id and having it switched around with all the other people on the forum can constitute tax fraud/evasion? No, I don't think it will do that.

Mm can't you use the google channels? So you can differentiate how many clicks / earnings you and your friend get
    So Channel A - you
    Channel B - him/her

The thread starter asked if he and his friend could split the earning from one account (pub-id as you mentioned). How is that relevant or similar to your comparison? It's not. We're all using our own, individual pub-ids. Way to use your brain...

To follow-up, I suppose the feds wouldn't care as long as you both claim whatever you've earned. So if you've earned $2,000 for the year, each get $1,000, as long as you put that on your income tax, you're fine.

    Anyone disagree?
