Question on a dump site link ....

  1. #1
    currently i work on a web site that PR 3-4 (all page, 9 year old site) and the owner is going to swap the old site with new look and new URL (from .Html to .php), what can i do to keep the PR ?

    issit possible for me to keep the old site in the same add and new site in new folder ???

    The PR won't change as long as you don't have a huge amount of downtime or a new domain. If you are getting a new domain along with this just have a 301 redirect to the new one.

    let say index.htm change to index.php will be no issue ?
    how about product.htm change to @#$%^&.php (cause is dynamic site now)

    Redirect all of your old pages to your new pages, and you'll eventually piggyback the PR from them.
