Question of Tax Form in Adsense

    I live in Canada, When I signed up to Adsense it said I don't have to fill out anything for Tax info becuase I'm a Foreigner from the USA.
    So left the field blank..whatever. So it says on my Tax Page
    I looked in the "how do I get paid" help files and it says I have to fill out the Tax info no matter where I live. Now I'm confused,
    Someone can help me understand this? Am I going to have to provide Tax info or not?

    i think as a Foreign publisher, u dont need to provide Tax info.

    you don't have to provide tax details unless you have any kind of business on US .

    Same answer, no tax details for europe, maybe it's different for canada.
